PhillyFlyer Ryan Abramson, from Langhorne, PA, stayed at the Four Points Sheraton over a weekend in June with friends, booking a balcony room overlooking Toulouse Street.

Pros:

Prime Location: If you're looking to be in the heart of the action on Bourbon Street, this hotel’s location is unbeatable. It’s right in the center of the nightlife, providing easy access to all the nearby attractions. While the area can be loud and chaotic, the side street balcony room over Toulouse Street provided just the right balance—lively without any major noise disruptions. It was easy to walk everywhere!
Cleanliness: The property was impressively clean, with a dedicated cleaning crew constantly tending to the common areas. This attention to detail really enhanced the overall experience.
Charming Pool: The courtyard pool, while on the smaller side, was incredibly charming. It provided a refreshing escape from the city’s heat.
Outstanding Bar Service: The bar service was exceptional, especially at the pool. The bartender, who stood out with her tall frame, light hair, and vibrant personality, made us feel like family. Her welcoming nature added a fun, personal touch to our stay.
Good Security: Security was top-notch. Despite the growing crowds on Saturday night, there were no issues or disturbances. We felt safe the entire time.

Cons:

The only minor issue Ryan encountered was the coffee situation. On Monday morning, complimentary coffee was offered in the lobby, but on Sunday, it cost $5 at the bar. Coffee should be a simple, no-cost amenity for guests in the morning, and charging for it on one day felt unnecessary. It’s a small detail, but one that could easily be improved.
